The Degrassi TV show is a Canadian drama that showcases the lives of teenagers who grew up close to the De Grassi Street in Toronto. This television series has aired in four parts over the years and the latest is known as the Degrassi: The Next Generation. The previous Degrassi shows were known as Degrassi High, Degrassi Junior High and the first one being The Kids of Degrassi.

Beverly Hills 90210 also portraits teenagers life but the cast who acted in this show were adults who imitated like teens.

After the third installment the series suddenly stopped and nothing was heard about it for years. But then 10 years later Stephen Stohn along with Schuyler revived the show and started Degrassi: The Next Generation. It was an apt title as the show was launched in 2001 and Degrassi had moved into the next generation.

To cope with current generation teenagers Degrassi goes around current issues of the teens such as drug addiction, smoking, suicide due to stress, murdering someone for money, forming notorious gangs and so on. This show is still running after 9 seasons of success.

The Desperate Housewives TV show is one among the excellent shows which is being aired during the prime hours for many years. The show is based on the lives if suburban women who are characterized to be cheerful and innocent, though have secrets within themselves. The series is loosely based on the 1999 movie American beauty.

One thing so unique about the desperate housewives show is that the humor of the show is very witty and dark and this is different from that of the other shows. Dark Angel Online Free

There are all kinds of TV series that are available for your viewing pleasure. Some people who love it if Hollywood directors of the ilk of James Cameron as well as Steven Spielberg came up with TV shows. It may be somewhat incredible but James Cameron had created a science fiction show called Dark Angel. James Cameron is so well known for his block buster creations Avatar and Titanic and has had a film making history since 1984 when he produced the Terminator.

The Dark Angel TV show was first broadcast to both the US and Canada (Cameron’s a Canadian) on the Fox network in October, 2000. It only ran for two seasons during which span they show came up with 43 episodes. The story was set in Seattle, Washington and was revolved around the life of a “genetically enhanced,” lab-created soldier by the name of Max Guevara.

First Geneva Locke and then Jessica Alba essayed the role of Guevara on Dark Angel. The story talks of Max leaving at age 9 from a government ‘home’ along with 11 soldiers similar to her. This ‘home ‘ was a top secret institution called Manticore, where such humanoids were trained and also built to be high class assassins as well as efficient soldiers.

The first episode begins 9 years after Max escapes when she is around 19 year old and is looking for her other siblings who are also soldiers created along with her. She lives in the US which is no longer an advanced first world country, but which has regressed to become a nondescript third world country which is quite underdeveloped in all respects.

The search for Guevara and her ilk is still on by Colonel Donald Lydecker (essayed by John Savage), so she must live her life while watching out for and evading capture. She meets and teams up with a surreptitious web-journalist, Logan Cale (played by Michael Weatherly) and begins to help him fight corruption. That’s not her only job though. She also doubles as a courier deliverer along with colleagues Original Cindy, Herbal Thought and Sketchy, played by Valarie Rae Miller, Alimi Ballard, and Richard Gunn.

It’s quite certain that this would have whetted your appetite to know what happened in the episodes of this TV show, including the second season. You would no doubt be keen on knowing and seeing the special effects involved in lab creation of humans with human and animal parts.
